• Landscape Design: Utilize axes to frame vistas towards the rice fields, with Italian cypress trees enhancing aesthetics.

• Residential Spaces: Provide living spaces for artists, featuring both indoor and outdoor studios to inspire creativity.

• Community Area: Revitalize the traditional Italian ‘aia’ with an art gallery, a cafeteria, and a water feature, creating a vibrant space for social interaction, relaxation, and cultural events.
